Pierce is a global equity investor that provides equity and mezzanine capital financing to private and public companies. We invest throughout the entire life cycle of the business development process. Our investment mandate permits maximum flexibility in supporting the equity needs of businesses worldwide. Pierce seeks to cooperatively create a capital structure that is acceptable to all transaction participants with respect to each party's relative risk/return attributes.

As a rule of thumb, we seek to review potential investments of between US$1.0MM and US$20MM.
